Grab your beach towels, boogie boards and umbrellas and hit the beach! With plenty of parking for up to 6 cars, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 13 guests and comes with 2 living and entertaining rooms. As you enter the home, you are greeted with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Surfside Village! The open concept floorplan contains living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for entertaining.
Ample seating for 8 at the dining table plus bar seating for 4 at the expansive kitchen island which is perfect for meal prep and lively conversation! From the dining area, there are gorgeous, 180-degree water views! Right onto the front deck, there are more dining options for 6 at the new outdoor table. Off the dining area is the first living room complete with flat screen TV, JBL speakers and super comfy lounge sofas. Down the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer, modern appointed guest bathroom with quartz vanity and tub/shower combo and 2 bedrooms with pyramid bunks (twin-over full). As you walk down the hallway, through the living room, follow the ship's staircase up to the second level. There you are greeted by a 2nd living room. Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the entire second level! Just outside the door, there is a top floor observation deck with custom deck chairs for you to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the waves. The primary suite is located on the top level with beautiful tray ceilings, queen bed, flat screen TV and gorgeous walk-in shower with built in seat.
